Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all use of the Wetapoint platform.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Upload, transmit, or store abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Track or surveil individuals without their knowledge and a lawful basis to do so.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from the Service without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or any part of it.
- Conduct security testing, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing against the Service without prior written authorisation.
- Intentionally overload the Service or engage in denial-of-service activity.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service without written consent.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or copy any feature, function, or design of the Service.
Enforcement
We may suspend your account without notice for active abuse. In less urgent cases, we will attempt to contact you and give reasonable time to remedy the violation before taking action.
Violations may also be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
